This page provides a detailed overview of the Administration page of the aedifion user interface.

Overview

The Administration allows a user with the administrator role at company level to view and edit information about the company and to view a list of all buildings of this company on the aedifion cloud platform. The company information is displayed on the left-hand side and all buildings on the right-hand side.

View and edit the company information

The stored basic information of your own company is displayed. This includes a photo or logo, the company name, the address, the telephone number and an optional description. Clicking on the three dots next to the company name opens an editing window. Here the address, telephone number and description can be adjusted and saved by clicking on "Save". The photo or logo can be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon. The stored photo can be changed or a new photo uploaded by clicking on the photo icon.

In addition, the number of users with company affiliation and the number of buildings registered are displayed at the bottom of the company card. This information cannot be edited manually.

Project list

All projects are displayed in the project list. The display includes a project image, the project name and a description as well as the number of users with project access. Only accounts with direct project access are counted in the number of users with project access. Access rights of a company administrator are not counted. By clicking on the project name, you will be redirected to the Asset profile page. To access the List of users, click on the three dots at the end of the line and then select the option "Manage users".
