An overview of the user and company management of the aedifion cloud platform.

Overview¶

The aedifion cloud platform provides several overview pages for the user and company management.

Company overview¶

The administration page provides an overview of the user's company, if the user is an administrator of the company. This includes information such as the company telephone number, address or logo. This information can be edited directly on this page. In addition, the number of users and projects within this company is displayed. A list of all the company's projects is also provided. The administration page is shown in Figure 1.

User management¶

The user management page provides the company administrator with an overview of all users on the platform with company affiliation. Here, the administrator can change the information stored for the existing user accounts, such as the name or email address, change the assigned project roles or remove them. The administrator can also delete existing accounts. The company administrator can also create new users on the platform on the user page. The user overview is shown in Figure 2.
